Facing and Overcoming Fear

I view myself as introverted at times but can open up more depending on whether I feel secure enough to do so. I’m also sensitive and curious by nature and I’m striving to develop myself further to become a better version of myself and to help influence and/or inspire people to do the same.

A fear that I had was a fear of opening up and being seen. Being rejected, ridiculed, judged, and being afraid of what others may think of me were the reasons for this Fear.

Sometimes fear can be helpful and protect you from harm, whether it be physical, mental, or spiritual. Understand why you are afraid, give it a good effort to understand why and the reason(s) for it, write it down if you must, and make sense of it. Your assumptions may not be fact or truth-based, but based on assumption and misinformation, only you would know for sure. Other times fear can be an obstacle for you to overcome to grow and become a better person and may be between you and the things or people that you may want the most in your life.
