2. Added a viewable Cookie Policy to comply with statutes
3. Temporarily removed generated generic Privacy Policy page
4. Updated the Resources Page and added extra Notes, delete a resource that was placed on top of the page due to feeling it should not be there and just added notes in lieu of it.
5. Other internal housekeeping and changes that don’t affect the viewable content
